• Updated to Minecraft 1.6.4! • Mod installers! • Better climbing blocks when tiny! No more falling straight down the instant you stop moving!
• Plants will now help break your fall when tiny! • Tweaks to Bat riding! As always, hold String and use the forward/back keys to control the Bat. Try naming your Bat for even more useful features! • Added Romanian and Slovak language support! • Somewhat better handling of custom blocks added by other mods, including Little Blocks! • Even more fixes and tweaks!
Works with Too Many Items, Rei's Minimap, Optifine, some Forges, Little Blocks, and more! Doesn't quite work with Smart Moving, Player API, More Player Models, and more!
Important tips: • Backup your world files before trying Gulliver or Gulliver Forged! You have been warned!! • Don't open Minecraft 1.7 or 1.8 worlds in older versions of Minecraft! • Gulliver (or Gulliver Forged) should not be installed into the minecraft jar file or the mods folder. Use their installers instead. Multiple Language Support: Gulliver includes localizations for Polish, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, Hungarian, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, French, Italian, Turkish, Czech, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Finnish, Hebrew, Arabic, Pirate, Russian, Ukrainian, Filipino, Romanian, and Slovak! Gulliver Mod for Minecraft will bring you to a whole new world with a lot of interesting things! If you are finding something new to add into your Minecraft, the mod is a great choice for you! Gulliver Mod for Minecraft is called Gulliver. It’s named for the book Gulliver’s Travels, though much of the inspiration comes from The Borrowers. Please enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.
( Note: I pick which languages to add based on the countries that visit my adfly links - yours could be next! ) Little Blocks users: will work just fine with Gulliver Forged 0.14.3 for 1.6.4!
You'll need to download the older MC 1.6.4 versions of Little Blocks and SlimevoidLib, specifically. Important warning for 1.6.2 Gulliver + LB users!
Opening Little Block 1.6.2 worlds in 1.6.4 may cause blocks in Little Block areas to disappear, especially Chests, Furnaces and other 'Tile Entity'-based blocks. Backup your world, then remove all 'Little' Chests etc. And their contents before using 1.6.4! If playing with Gulliver Forged 0.14.2 for Minecraft 1.6.2, you'll need to download the older MC 1.6.2 versions of Little Blocks and SlimevoidLib, specifically.
Two things you should know when playing with Gulliver and Little Blocks: • /basesize 0.125 or Ensmallening Potion II or 3 stacks of Cyan Dye • Gold Armor (any piece) will slow you down Disclaimers: • Do not upload Gulliver to fileshare or mod hosting sites • Do not make modpacks with Gulliver • Anybody who wants to share Gulliver should link to, and should not share the direct download links from this post. You can use if your visitors have difficulty with English. • Only downloads of Gulliver via this thread are valid, I (UncleMion) cannot vouch for copies that have been downloaded from elsewhere. Alright, now that we've got that out of the way, let me tell you about my mod!
Some Quick Links to Sections: • • • • • (Videos and Maps) • • • • • • • Introduction[/anchor] Howdy folks! My mod is called Gulliver. It's named for the book Gulliver's Travels, though much of the inspiration comes from The Borrowers, Alice in Wonderland, and other size-related stories. What it does From the outside, it looks just like plain vanilla Minecraft. There are no new blocks, items, entities or biomes - just two Potion effects. But with Gulliver installed, you now have the ability to change your own size or the sizes of mobs and NPCs!
The world works differently when you and mobs change size. See what happens! Starter tips for tiny players: • Watch your step • Hold Shift or sprint to jump 1 Block high • Some Blocks are climbable! • Hold Paper to glide, Slime Ball to climb, or Lily Pad to raft • Hold an Item for greater reach, attack power and digging speed • Hold something pointy (like a Stick or Sword) to pry open Chests or Doors • Try the Fishing Rod grappling hook • Beware of Cats and Spiders!
Starter tips for huge players: • Watch your step - falling hurts! • Hold Shift to jump higher • Try punching Blocks or Mobs empty-handed • Step or jump on Mobs to hurt them (or else hold Shift to sneak over them) • Right-click drops empty-handed (or holding a Bucket) to pick them up! • Right-click Mobs empty-handed to pick them up!
Then use left-click to throw them, 'Q' to toss them, right-click to place them, or 'V' to set 'em on your shoulder! Screenshots[/anchor] Wanna see some of the things you can do with this mod?

Here's the very first Gulliver video review, by ChazOfftopic, using Gulliver v0.4: Thanks for trying out Gulliver, guys Banners Forum member Minecraftistheman19 made this nice Achievement-style sig banner for Gulliver (thanks!): [url=Here's my own banner: [url=(In)compatibility[/anchor] Note: I can't guarantee compatibility of Gulliver with other mods, but I'm certainly shooting for making it more compatible. Gulliver v0.14.3 only works on Minecraft 1.6.4. Gulliver Forged v0.14.3 only works on Minecraft 1.6.4 + Forge build 9.11.1.965. Gulliver v0.14.2 only works on Minecraft 1.6.2. Gulliver v0.14.1 only works on Minecraft 1.6.2 + ModLoader 1.6.2.
Gulliver Forged v0.14.1 and v0.14.2 only work on Minecraft 1.6.2 + Forge build 9.10.1.871. Gulliver v0.13.7 and v0.13.8 only work on Minecraft 1.5.2 + ModLoader 1.5.2. Gulliver Forged v0.13.8 only works on Minecraft 1.5.2 + Forge build 7.8.1.737. I've changed an awful lot of class files to code this, so the odds are that it will not work with some particular mod.
Let me know if you find a mod that works perfectly fine and I'll check it for my compatibility list. Mods that seem compatible with Gulliver but don't really work: • More Player Models (resizing issues, player reach positioning, 'illegal stance' errors) • Smart Moving (glitchy special moves, incorrect movement speed, getting stuck underwater) • other mods that change the player model or height/width •. Compatible mods (Gulliver): • Optifine • Rei's Minimap • Too Many Items - Potions in TMI menu! Compatible Forge mods (Gulliver Forged): • Forge/FML (build 965 for MC 1.6.4, build 871 for MC 1.6.2) • Little Blocks • Clay Soldiers (in MC 1.5.2 and earlier) • Biomes O'Plenty •. Incompatible Forge mods (Gulliver Forged): • Galacticraft • Metaworlds •.

Gulliver Mod 1.7.10 Forge
Please note that 'compatible' mods mostly work alongside Gulliver, but I haven't coordinated any Gulliver features with the other mods yet, so you won't find mod-specific Creature behavior or other things you probably were expecting. Troubleshooting[/anchor] If Minecraft crashes on you after installing Gulliver, Don't Panic!
First, if you're using the new Minecraft launcher, and Minecraft closed and went back to the launcher after crashing, here's how you get the crash log: click on the 'Development Console' tab in the launcher, then right-click on that panel, and select 'Copy All Text'. If you need help, make a post in this thread with that crash log, preferably between spoiler tags. It will help with identifying the source of the problem and getting you back to playing Gulliverized Minecraft sooner. If you experience an odd non-crashy bug while playing with Gulliver installed, you're welcome to make a video demonstrating the issue and post a link to it in this thread. I can figure out a lot from watching video of a playthrough. Also a bonus if it's amusing.
(Note that some 'bugs' may be intentional.) Downloads[/anchor] Client/Singleplayer (Non-Forge): () () () MD5: 9b096d8de2e27d8722a575 Install by running the installer and selecting the 'client' option. When you run the new Minecraft launcher, launch or copy the profile '1.6.4 Gulliver', or else select the '1.6.4-Gulliver' version in the profile editor. Server: () () () MD5: 6cd77fb5aa600e66d3e3fe1b09c24f88 Install by putting gulliver_server-0.14.3-MC1.6.4.jar into the same directory as your minecraft_server.1.6.4.jar file (where the server will go). Start the Gulliver Server by running the gulliver_server jar (usually by double-clicking it.) Do not install ModLoader. Players will need to have Gulliver 0.14.3 installed on their Minecraft client, otherwise they won't be able to connect (it gives a 'Bad Packet 171 error'.) Players with Gulliver Forged v0.14.3 can connect to non-Forged Gulliver servers with version 0.14.3. Forge version (universal): () () () MD5: c6dec8c6bcac4c770ea4ea Do not put the Gulliver Forged jar into the mods folder, it will not work!! Gulliver Forged v0.14.3 requires.
It will not work on different Forge builds. The installer does not include Forge, so you will need to install Forge separately. To install the client, first install with its installer, then run the Gulliver Forged installer and select the 'client' option. The installer creates a new launcher profile called '1.6.4 Forge965 GulliverForged', which has the proper JVM arguments to prevent Forge from crashing. You can select it from the dropdown list of Profiles, or else click 'New Profile' while the '1.6.4 Forge965 GulliverForged' profile is showing on the dropdown list to make a copy of it, and then edit that profile as you like for playing with Gulliver Forged.
